History & Milestones

2003

Founded as Glovax Business Xpress Service Inc., providing logistics and delivery services to multinational corporations.

2005

Imported and distributed the Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) Mantoux Test in the Philippines.

2007

Expanded vaccine portfolio by importing and distributing the BCG Tuberculosis Vaccine.

2008

Constructed and inaugurated its own corporate building.

2010

Became the first and only company to provide the AH1N1 Swine Flu Pandemic Vaccine in the Philippines.

2012

Proposed Technology Transfer Vaccine Plant project to the Department of Science and Technology (DOST).

2017

Proposed to the Department of Health (DOH) a Private-Public Partnership (PPP) for a Vaccine Plant.

2021

Proposed to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the National Development Company (NDC) a Joint Venture for a Vaccine Plant.

Imported and distributed the Chirorab Rabies Vaccine.

2025

Won numerous Chick Embryo Rabies Vaccine bids, including through sub- distributors, strengthening nationwide supply capacity
